Pros

The company is ever evolving to align itself with competitive retailers, as well as devoting funds to improve it's technology and phone app shopping experience. Corporate structure is evolving so as to ensure sustainability.

Cons

The only thing I could point to as a con would be to improve on the allocation of product, specific to local, i.e., a better ratio of cold weather RTW and boots sent to regions where there is cold weather, and less to regions that typically stay warm year round.
