Pros

This company truly cares about their employees. From Summer Friday's to Employee Appreciation week and annual culture surveys, they put effort into making Tory Burch a nice place to work.

Cons

Some people in higher management can be moody and flat out rude. We are expected to embody the Buddy values such as kindness and warmth but this is not always demonstrated by those in power positions. It is also easier in certain departments than others to get raises. The salaries are competitive but you can make a lot more in the same industry by working at a less desirable or cool company.

Pros

Excellent core values that all employees take seriously Excellent experience and training for customer service serving high-end clientele Company trains employees well Brand has a lot of recognition so many of the products sell themselves; we have many loyal clients

Cons

Your experience depends on how great your managers are. Some are not very organized. The key is to have good scheduling. Retail stores have long hours, can be stressful to deal with difficult customers, or with customer issues that may come up.

Pros

Great discount few of times a year. Money is good for a part time job. All the sales associate and back of house are nice and friendly. Love them like my own family.

Cons

Decent place to start at but not to stay. Only GM is okay at management. [Only if she like you] AGM and other sale lead just talk about them self or is an emotional train wreck [Exp: taking out their anger at you when they had a bad day, taking you outside to take to you because your "not passionate" enough about work. I.E he took about the best back of house person we had]. Hourly rates never change. Corporate doesn't stand be-hide their employees. [Politics says one thing but if customer calls to complain they give them what they want.] Quality of item has been going down.
