Pros

Pay rate is great, and compensation. The company teaches you a lot about clientelling and growing a business within yourself.

Cons

Managers and corporate are each for themselves. Hard to really speak to the ones above

Pros

The company is generous with their clothing allowance. Sometimes the quality of the clothing was good which means I can still wear some pieces.

Cons

The constant infighting about whose customer is whose. I worked with a woman who assumed every person she said hello to was her customer and she would argue about that in front of the customer on the floor.
