      -good discount -works with your availability -company is very good to their employees -corporate internship opportunities -wonderful coworkers

      Cons

      -micromanaging -denial to the hierarchy, yet they constantly enforce it -no room for growth or advancement -frowned upon to express your own style or taste -too lenient with returns, lowers the value of our products by constantly replacing them

      Pros

      Amazing clothing allowance. Great way to make money, as Tory Burch sells itself. People go crazy for it. Especially when it is on sale.

      Cons

      Lots of "re-creating" the wheel. Lots of hypercritical things coming from upper management. They would do one thing one month, and then realize it didn't work, and then do the direct opposite the next month.
