Pros

Absolutely amazing company with high values, amazing vision, and lovely culture. Very up to date technology. And great benefits.

Cons

Time line for growth is vague and long. Product has many defects and difficult to stand behind. To many initiatives get rolled out at once prohibiting productive time management. Communication is not clear or consistent. Lots of favoritism.

Cons

-Corporate expects a lot from their retail employees (just be a good/hard worker) -Corporate makes it known that they are indeed above retail -Not effective communication amongst the varying factions -Company is to timid when it comes to firing people who need to go
