Pros

Summer Friday’s , great employee benefits other than that it all smoke and mirrors .

Cons

It is really said what has been allowed to happen here in regards to how people are treated , valued or developed . There is so much spin and everyone goes around like headless chickens because the president has no clue what he is doing . He is a bully , arrogant , always wants to be the smartest person in the room , very bad listener , love to hold court and hear his own voice , disrespectful , dishonest , aggressive , does not know how to inspire or motivate people , has no idea on how to guide or lead his team and people , zero EQ and shocking that someone like him was hired to reset the business . He has created a Toxic environment where no one is happy . I have never seen this level of turn . They have lost so so much talent because he has no idea how to work with people who disagree with him or bring a different POV to the table . Complete control freak who should not be leading any organization.

Pros

Great Employee Discount Wardrobe allowance Great culture

Cons

Huge layoffs and role eliminations makes you question the companies values and culture. Tough market manager, who loves to micro manage irrelevant information, and also who is never present in any of the stores. Support is not available here. Opportunity for growth depending on whose in your corner supporting you. NO WORK LIFE BALANCE, and Work overload

Pros

Made some great friends Descent work life balance The ability to work from home Discounts Sample sales Great vacation time

Cons

Management is stupid. Nobody knows that they are doing. Morale is low, they talk to people like slaves, racist and hostile environment. No growth no training. A lot of cliques and whispering. Buddy values out the window. Do as I say not as I do mentality. Tory doesn't care! The shoes HURT! The quality of merchandise is poor. Nobody is happy and people are flying out of their every week.
