Pros

Good salary compared with other companies. Respect for your working time and holidays. English speaking roles. Good heart people to work with.

Cons

Difficult to go if your don’t have a car. You are just a number in the company. Improvised managers with no degree. Many burnouts, firings and resignations. Atmosphere issues. Internal conflicts not been solved.

They do not care about anyone working production. So many injuries that are ignored. Got rid of HR so no one here cares anymore. Used to be a decent place but has gone downhill very quickly.
