Helpful learning and training, unrushed and patient. Given the opportunity to grow and move up in the company. But also, nothing against you coming in and just wanting to work. Health benefits and okay pay. Nice ppl.

Cons

Like everywhere every employee, boss, shift, or plant isn't the same. You might get a spectrum even within the same building.
