Work life balance

Pros

Not many pros as there was plenty of work to be done but I was expected to do it all.

Cons

Work life balance is non existent. Expected to be on call and available 24/7 via phone or even on site to make repairs without compensation for time on the phone or not being able to have a life outside of work because I was always getting called to come in to make repairs. Also have some employees that have pointed out and not been fired while others were fired for the slightest things. Quite a bit of favoritism at the location I was working as well. When one certain employee pointed out and should have been terminated, his points were magically wiped clean.

This company is terrible

Pros

The pay at Tosca is excellent, providing a competitive salary that reflects the value of the work. There are numerous opportunities for travel, which adds excitement and variety to the job. Additionally, I had the pleasure of working with some fantastic colleagues who were not only talented but also supportive, making some aspects of the experience enjoyable.

Cons

I worked at Tosca for about three years, and unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. The upper management is out of touch with the day-to-day realities of the employees, leading to a toxic work environment. Decisions often seem arbitrary and lack any real strategic vision, which has resulted in low morale across the board. The HR department is particularly concerning. They lack the necessary experience to handle employee concerns effectively, and it shows in their inability to foster a supportive workplace. There is little to no support for career development, and employee feedback often falls on deaf ears. Additionally, the company claims to value Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), but the reality is starkly different. The lack of diversity is evident in leadership roles and throughout the organization, leading to a culture that feels exclusive and unwelcoming. If you value a positive workplace culture and meaningful leadership, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Pros

You get a paycheck, that's it

Cons

They do not care about anyone working production. So many injuries that are ignored. Got rid of HR so no one here cares anymore. Used to be a decent place but has gone downhill very quickly.
