Work life balance is non existent. Expected to be on call and available 24/7 via phone or even on site to make repairs without compensation for time on the phone or not being able to have a life outside of work because I was always getting called to come in to make repairs. Also have some employees that have pointed out and not been fired while others were fired for the slightest things. Quite a bit of favoritism at the location I was working as well. When one certain employee pointed out and should have been terminated, his points were magically wiped clean.

Come ready to work this job is not for the weak and unshaped individuals. You will be working multiple lines if they are understaffed which is always. Management pushes you over the limit to meet unrealistic goals when they don't have enough staff. They have a pest problem so be ready to deal with pests while working on the line. This has been addressed to HR and no course of action has been taken. TOSCA loses people every day even on their first day because the work is tough. PLEASE PAY EMPLOYEE what is right especially if they are picking up the slack for understaffed days.
