great benefits and they treat their interns amazing

only downsides were specific to what my task was as an intern(probably does not apply to you), which was to gather a lot of data. it kind of felt like robot work.

They use your pto automatically sometimes. They treat their employees like machines.. they will fire you if you have an injury ..management sucks

Very automatous work environment. If you do your job, you should be good to go.

Cons

So automatous that if you are new to the industry, you will feel lost and starve yourself out of the position. Must give it 3 years to build base. Best if you have a spouse that is also working to help pay the bills.
