Pros

The Japanese people are amazing outside the office. They are very invigorating with their thirst for adventure and american knowledge.

Cons

Throat cutting and back stabbing by of all people ... management! Supervisors taking credit for their employees good jobs or ideas. Blame and finger pointing when times are bad.

-In nice area behind Irvine Spectrum. Close, easy access to freeways -close to major malls, shopping, dining areas -decent cafeteria

Cons

-micro-management, heavily scrutinized - overworked, small teams, no work/life balance, FTE on vacation needed to bring laptops - management likes to talk down on employees, low morale in teams. - not so innovative technology for a global company, data center was small and ran hot. - Have to wear many hats even primary job is different - no growth for the mind and $$ - lays off are present too - Lead Windows Administrator was very difficult to work with: ( abrasive attitude, Intimidating)

Pros

Peers are great to work with. Location is great if you live near Irvine. Depending on the department management can be flexible with your schedule and hours.

Cons

Communication is not clear from management. Company guidelines are not treated equally across all departments, it depends on your management and who you work for. No incentive for promotion or career paths.
