      Pros

      Great place to learn, I started there as a student. I had the opportunity to work within different departments, gain experience and learned marketing fundamentals. I had a good pay with reasonable hours. Good work/life balance Got the chance to work in an international and multicultural environment

      Cons

      The international management team wasn't at the level, didn't have the knowledge required Not many opportunities for career growth Poor roadmap with products which didn't fit the market Very slow to develop products Good promotions and better opportunities only for the Japanese team

      Pros

      Solid pay, with some room for advancement within several different divisions of Toshiba. Aggressive approach to sales, making the company at the front lines at all times.

      Cons

      Within Toshiba it is sometimes difficult to communicate between each respective business units. It would be nice to be able to bridge the gap between groups.
