      Pros

      Many great challenges to be solved, reasonable salary. Long history with flash memory and some truly fine engineering teams spread around the world.

      Cons

      Stone age IT, racist Japanese ruled culture, financial strategy based on Scrooge, top management still believes in project management from the 80s. Mediocre benefits, no stock (no Asian company has an ESOP) and lots of little fiefdoms all trying to battle over turf. The expectation that we must give all our time to the company, and pay for company expenses out of pocket. With no reimbursement.

      Good benefits, polite, good location, nothing else much going on, out of touch with the world

      Cons

      The Chief Technology office was run by a very corrupt man who squandered away money on friends and family..An Official under him was verbally abusive, completely unprofessional and a bigot worst experience in my professional career.
