Pros

It’s ok pay enough to get you off your feet at first.

Cons

No regular scheduled breaks in a 9 hour workday no lunch breaks no willingness to hear employees out on topic that frustrates them (this goes for multiple employees working here)

The kids make everything worth it.

Cons

They did not follow the BACB code fo ethics. As they had an RBT who was having mental crisis on the floor with a client. When they were told about the mental crisis, they said the employee could “leave and never return”
