      Good benefits, overall good people. (Besides management)

      Cons

      Total Expert can no longer be classified as a start up- they use this as an excuse for many of their flaws such as very weak leadership. They continue to bring in new people for the executive team only to fire them a year later. This is like a revolving door. The CEO needs to look deeper and face the real problems and reasons as to why so many people are leaving the company. Managing by fear is not a strategy.

      Pros

      Employees under upper management are highly talented.

      Cons

      I’ve worked at a lot of much larger companies and no one cares less about the value their people provide than TE does. CEOs significant involvement prohibits real progress from being made.

      When the CEO and other leadership are traveling

      Cons

      You don't know what you are walking into. Everyday, someone has stabbed you in the back, made up lies, or has manipulated leadership. It is a highly toxic work environment. There's are no rules, and staff take advantage.
