I struggle to come up with any pros, as I might’ve previously said “the people” but the constant layoffs have limited that.

Cons

Constant executive misalignment, toxic masculinity, a revolving door of executive leadership.

Solid benefits and compensation. The people are great to work with. The new leadership seems hands-on, experienced, and excited about potential for the company. Have been here for a few years and they seem like the right mix of leaders

Cons

Still figuring out some things as far as direction, and then there is some recent turnover at senior ranks. Not that many people are in the office but people engage virtually
