I just started with Total Expert a few months ago and couldn’t be happier I made the switch. I had many options when I decided to make a change, but I felt like this was the right place for me right away. I have felt welcomed since day one, everyone has been accommodating and I am so excited about the ambitions of my colleagues and the leadership.

Cons

So far everything has been great.

-Growth, growth, growth with plenty of opportunities to dig in, learn more and find yourself challenged -Collaborative environment where you can get answers to things quickly and group decisions in days not weeks -Fun team, cool product, interesting industry -Transparent leadership team -Very competitive pay and great benefits + equity!! -REALLY smart people in every department -Ability to make an impact quickly as there are so much exciting opportunities

Cons

-COVID hybrid work makes it tough to feel connected to everyone at times, but TE works through by sending things to employees and sometimes buying lunch to make us feel more together

• Talented team with ambition and a cohesive culture. • It is as exciting time to be at TE, as it is in a great growth phase

Cons

Like any rapidly-growing company - and most other companies right now - I think everyone is just trying to navigate the best way to move forward safely and productively.
