      Pros

      Overall this place simply rocks. One of the fastest growing SaaS companies in the nation, one of the best places to work in Minnesota. Super big on community; super big on the employee family; super focused on being the first Unicorn in Minnesota.

      Cons

      Growing pains. We need help to grow. We have so much to do and need those that want to compete, want to be directly involved in shaping a new company, want to be recognized for their contributions.

      As with any start-up, process and systems are still forming. With that is the opportunity to be a part of the team that is building a great company.

      Pros

      Open, collaborative environment, lot of opportunity to create the future. Lots of smart people working fast to make and support a great software product. Fast growth. Free lunch each day, snacks and a good benefits package.

      Cons

      No 401k match (typical of start ups--have stock options instead), no 401k access until 90 days. Eden Prairie location is makeshift (moving to new building soon).
