learning and working with industry leaders, great team of co-workers, coffee and laid back office attire

Cons

Small, the company is growing but if you expect layers of managers and huge corporate outings involving 100's of employees this isn't the place for you.

Great vision and core team. Market leader in mortgage, Lots of potential if company executites on product strategy

I think most of this has passed but core customer base was hit hard in mortgage downturn-which forced company to pull back in non core business and do multiple layoffs which has caused some uncertainty.
