      Strong partnerships with key customers in the mortgage space Continued growth in non-mortgage use cases and development to support that growth Exciting new products offering significant value to customers Growth opportunities for employees who are intrinsically motivated and willing to drive results

      Cons

      TE is continuing to mature and evolve as an organization, there's a cohort of people from the early days who bring a start up mentality and another cohort of folks who are driving processes and more scalable activities. These groups will find themselves at odds with each other, which can cause fricton and has the potential to distract everyone from the mission.

      Lots of great talent in the company, last 12-18 month changes have been a reset where negative/toxic people have either left ir bedn exited resulting in a much more positive environment

      Pros

      These were few and far between. Remote during covid but required local staff to return. They prioritized local hires even when there was much better talent in the remote realm.

      Cons

      Numerous layoffs in just a short period of time. The company is more am ego boost and platform for the CEO to make himself feel important. If you weren't part of the inner circle you were nothing. No job advancement opportunities. No career development. Layoffs were a popularity and loyalty contest. You only survived if you didn't challenge the status quo. Back stabbing employees from the top to bottom. No innovation. The core platform has never changed and shiny objects are duct taped on top of a crumbling code base that not a single employee actually knows what it is.
