Chaotic leadership and unsupportive culture — proceed with caution
Pros
It was remote work but shifted to in office. Some nice people at the IC level. Cool events.
Cons
During my time at the company, I witnessed frequent leadership turnover — including multiple CROs, CS heads, CPO/Vp, within just 2 years. This constant change made it difficult to align on vision or build any long-term momentum. The culture heavily favored cliques and social connections over merit, and there was a clear lack of inclusivity, especially at the executive level. If you weren’t part of the inner circle or challenged the status quo, you were often marginalized or micromanaged. There was little to no investment in employee development or recognition. Expectations were rarely clear, and support was minimal — setting many up to struggle unnecessarily. Layoffs were common, and the overall environment felt unstable. If you’re looking for long-term growth and a healthy workplace culture, I’d advise approaching this opportunity with a lot of caution.
