      Pros

      This company truly pays attention to growth and development. The supportive atmosphere is unique and the people that work here are some of the smartest, kindest, and collaborative people I've ever worked with. From product managers who dive in deep to understand our customer needs to developers and engineers who care that they are creating the right solution for the customers, this is a fantastic place to learn and to grow.

      Employees under upper management are highly talented.

      Cons

      I’ve worked at a lot of much larger companies and no one cares less about the value their people provide than TE does. CEOs significant involvement prohibits real progress from being made.
