      Pros

      It's been a tough macro, but leadership is responding in a measured and reasonable way. Yes, we've had multiple layoffs but this has largely been driven by the industry and the company has fared well despite the challenges. There is a lot of optimism around the future and strategic direction.

      Cons

      Remote/hybrid work is a benefit to many but tends to slow down productivity and engagement. Culture can be a challenge given that nearly half of the company isn't local. We could focus more on growing internal talent.

      Pros

      After being at Total Expert for 7 years its fulfilling to see some of the things we have been working on for past several years start to come to life. Customer Intelligence is turning into an industry leader and the customer feedback is the best i've seen

      Cons

      unfortunately the mortgage industry has declined by 50% in 24 months impacting many customers. somehow TE has still managed to find growth but the industry contraction has forced us to get much leaner. short term pain but none the less has been challenging for many co workers
