      Hybrid work environment, great people, investments in tools/enablement are top notch - continue to win in the market despite tough market environment.

      Cons

      Negative reviews on glassdoor a bit surprising. Obvisouly RIF at year end impacted people, but the only con is faster innovation needed to support quota's and sales goals.
