Pros

The people are smart and driven. All the teams I've been on have been transparent. There is a ton of room for growth if you produce quality results for the organization. The benefits package is the best I've had. Most importantly, the executive & senior management level talent that's at the table now is exceptional. There are new and legacy TE executives and other leaders that seem to be working in lockstep to achieve our company goals. I'm in for this ride!!

Cons

There's work to be done in terms of diversity still. The executive team seems to be working to make more of a conscious effort, though!

Pros

Total Expert is still in the high growth stages which makes it an exciting time to be here. Our product and internal operations processes are young and there are opportunities to step up and make a real, lasting impact at TE. The majority of the leadership team is very welcoming and open to new ideas. The vision for the product is becoming clear and there are great people in place to deliver on the vision and take this company to the next level.

Cons

From a benefits perspective, there is no 401k match but they do make up for it with salary. I've seen teams start to come together to do great things but there are still some including the leadership team that seem scarred from how things used to work at TE which makes it difficult to drive change across every team.
