I think most people would agree the best thing about Total Expert is its people. We hire really talented people; it’s really motivating to be surrounded by these people every day. It will push you to be better at your job! Good Benefits. Work/Life Balance

Cons

Total Expert is a high growth business, this comes with a lot of changes. Employees who work here need to be comfortable in this environment.

Pros

Sr. Management continues to invest in technology. I've never had the pleasure of working in an environment where we're able to get the tools needed to get the job done correctly and efferently. TE invests in their employees. Through out the pandemic, we've received a number of gifts from leadership. Our CEO sends personal videos to employees discussing work, family and mental balance. He really does walk the talk! TE is a very inclusive and diversified company. It's been very refreshing to work with so many people who are happy to be there and know their opinions count.

Cons

I haven't come across any cons yet. We don't hire jerks! We only hire brilliant individuals who really care about what changes they'll be making to the organization. We've all been empowered to improve areas that have gaps.
