      Pros

      Great product, love the people, and huge opportunity. Leadership is solid and they have a clear vision of where the company is going. Good balance of determination and appreciation for people's contributions.

      Cons

      Change is a constant being part of a growing software company. There have been some changes recently with some of the team but seems like it is for the best. The professional services team has a lot on their plate with the growth as they scale the efficiencies.

      Opportunity Everywhere, Strong Senior Leadership

      Unlimited opportunity for growth and advancement, senior management gives visibility to the entire company on plans for the future, fellow employees who are REALLY smart and work hard, determination to have customers be raving fans at all levels of the company and true focus on customer success, convenient central office location with covered parking, free Lifetime membership for only going twice a week, recent 20 million in VC funding with likely more to come in the next year, investors with reputable track record (invested in companies such as Salesforce and Box) that have taken companies to do big things, focus on going public

      Growing pains typical of startups that grow this fast, some employees over promoted at middle management level and quite a few mishires this past year as we define the culture and what type of employees we need at this pivotal stage, can feel extremely stressful for those who don't work well under pressure and expect training and onboarding programs. This company is not a place for everyone and if you don't like to be pushed, deal with ambiguity and constant change this may not be the place for you.
