-Growth, growth, growth with plenty of opportunities to dig in, learn more and find yourself challenged -Collaborative environment where you can get answers to things quickly and group decisions in days not weeks -Fun team, cool product, interesting industry -Transparent leadership team -Very competitive pay and great benefits + equity!! -REALLY smart people in every department -Ability to make an impact quickly as there are so much exciting opportunities

Cons

-COVID hybrid work makes it tough to feel connected to everyone at times, but TE works through by sending things to employees and sometimes buying lunch to make us feel more together

Pros

Solid benefits and compensation. The people are great to work with. The new leadership seems hands-on, experienced, and excited about potential for the company. Have been here for a few years and they seem like the right mix of leaders

Cons

Still figuring out some things as far as direction, and then there is some recent turnover at senior ranks. Not that many people are in the office but people engage virtually
