I have found a lot of value in my time at TE. I have had the opportunity to work on projects I would not have been able to with a larger organization. I have grown into multiple new roles and increased earning potential here.

Cons

Success is based on mortgage industry success. The market has struggled for a year +. TE is running lean today in order to weather the storm of the market conditions.

Pros

It's been a tough macro, but leadership is responding in a measured and reasonable way. Yes, we've had multiple layoffs but this has largely been driven by the industry and the company has fared well despite the challenges. There is a lot of optimism around the future and strategic direction.

Cons

Remote/hybrid work is a benefit to many but tends to slow down productivity and engagement. Culture can be a challenge given that nearly half of the company isn't local. We could focus more on growing internal talent.

Pros

Decent pay and an o.k. product. A lot of collaboration and inter-department communication with good work-life balance and benefits.

Cons

Layoffs, layoffs, and even more layoffs. Four rounds of layoffs in the last year really makes you wonder how long this company will stay afloat. C - level execs need to put money into innovation of new verticals rather than seminars, president club, conferences, etc.
