      - Paid Relocation - Uncapped Commission - Engaged Leadership - Competitive Environment - Winning Culture Becoming a member of the Fast Track Program has been one of the best decisions that I have ever made. Moving from Oklahoma to Cincinnati was a very difficult decision, but I knew I had made the right choice as soon I stepped into HQ on day one. The training program prepares you to become an expert in logistics as well as what being successful in a sales role looks like. The leadership team went above and beyond to help ensure my success in this role. One of the things I picked up on very quickly is the collective mindset of wanting to see the person next to you succeed. If you are a competitive person and want to work in a culture where you are continuously pushed by your peers to be successful, this is the role for you.

      If you are not someone who is driven to make money and pursue a career that is life changing, this may not be the job for you. This is not a standard 9-5 job, what you put into this job is what you get out of it.
