      f you are someone that thrives in fast paced and competitive environments, this is a wonderful company to start your sales career. It can be challenging, but there is always someone willing to help and give you constructive feedback. The support from the team you are on is unmatched! The company culture is very much "work hard, play hard" so if you are putting in the effort and keeping a great attitude, reward will come.

      Cons

      Base salary is not the most competitive, but after the training, TQL basically makes you into a sales machine and the money is there in the long run. If you are not patient and willing to work on skills, the pay may not be for you. TQL is very team oriented, but only within that specific region it seems. Each TQL location is very different in terms of culture, support, etc.
