      Pros

      Hard work and big commitment. For me, it was just what I was looking for; So, I enjoy the challenge, but it isn't for everyone. I would imagine every manager (GSM) is as good as mine! Though, I can only speak on the two I have worked under. If you work hard and show them, you want to succeed through your work ethic they will invest in you too.

      Cons

      If you move to Cincinnati as a fast-track employee and go to HQ your bonus paycheck is taxed twice, whereas if you move to Cincinnati and work at one of the other offices (besides HQ and still as fast-track) your bonus paycheck is taxed the same as every other paycheck.

      Competitive Career but Worth It

      Pros

      Working as an LAE is not boring. The pace is fast, the expectations are high, and you really have to want to win. But the culture here makes it worth it. The people are supportive, there’s always something going on from competitions, charity stuff, and events and leadership actually cares if you’re doing well. I’d recommend this job to someone who’s competitive, wants to make money, and doesn’t mind putting in effort.

      Cons

      It’s real sales, so it takes time to build relationships and a book of business. But once it starts hitting, it’s rewarding and you can actually see the results of your work.
