      - you're given the tools to succeed - uncapped commission - reward top sales reps - ton of growth opportunity - competitive culture that isn't backstabbing - numerous ways to lead gen that help grow your book

      Cons

      - hours will need to work outside of work if you want to make $100k+ - consistency when you don't see success early on is a must - 100% in office is a tad bit flexibility once you hit certain #s

      Pros

      TQL has been the best job I've had in all of the many jobs I've come across. The environment in the office as well as the culture is unmatched. Friendly competitions has always been a plus to me. The training system is great as well. Earning potential is phenomenal if you put in the work.

      Cons

      I don't have many cons but there are a few things that could be different in my opinion, but there are always reasons for the way something is. -In a perfect work world, I'd love for the Account Reps to have the option to work from home maybe once or twice per week. -As an account rep, I'd love to see slightly higher percentages towards commissions, or, a higher base salary. Account reps also find opportunity for the brokers, which I know the broker is suppose to grow and maintain the account, but some of us work really hard to find opportunity in our respective modes of transportation. -I know it use to be this way before, but a bi-weekly commission check wouldn't be bas as well (I know some brokers and AR's are grandfathered in on that pay scale), but would be great.
