Usually it's a quick solve.

I have never been in a workplace that strives so hard to make each other better, whether it be changing aspects of training to better accommodate what trainees think work better or collaborating with each other to give someone the best possible outcome in any given situation. this workplace has been nothing but encouraging and uplifting and makes you feel heard. As a former athlete who loved being a part of a team, I truly feel I have found a team I want to be on in this office.
