Pros
This has been the most rewarding career that I've ever had. The personal growth that I've had during my time here is absolutely amazing. I feel like I can do anything anywhere. The earning potential is lifechanging. Having customers and having major companies depend on me to move product (sometimes worth millions)- is a responsibility that makes you hold your head up higher. I've also never worked at a place where I love so many of the people that I work with . We work hard and play hard. Since being here, I've gone on a golf outing (1st time and was amazing), went to a company holiday party, had potlucks, played ping pong in office, had office beer and Whiteclaw drops, been invited to participate in company sports teams. It's truly a family! There's nowhere else that will enable you to drastically change your annual salary in just a couple years.
Cons
It's not easy, but nothing worth having comes easy. There are days that you have to push yourself to the limits - staying up late, waking up early, making tough calls where you have to deliver bad news. Management constantly pushes you to be better - it can be stressful sometimes, but I promise you, you become a better version of yourself.
