Direct correlation betweeen effort and results.
Pros
The best aspect of working TQL is that you are in control of your success or failure. There is a direct correlation between effort and results. The pay is excellent if you work hard and are successful. Unlike other positions where others limit what you can do there are no limits here. The environment is high energy, fast paced, challenging and rewarding, Even after 12 years I am still challenged on a daily basis. The training is simply put the best in the industry. The proprietary technological resources are unrivaled. Everything we make is reinvested back into the company and spent on creating better success potential for employees. TQL works with you on flexibility of schedule and performing employees have options. You get to run your own business (within ethical and professional standards) and you get to make decisions as to what is going to work. It's an extremely empowering scenario. finally you learn an incredible amount of information about all of business quickly because you are running your own show. Accounting, Sales, finance, economics, management, MIS etc.. You get to do it all and you learn it quick.
Cons
In my estimation the biggest con of working at TQL is that it can be an overwhelming time commitment early on and periodically thereafter. You really need to commit yourself to work 60+ hours a week and to work hard. We make no promises and don't hide that one bit. The good news is that if you do you will find success and the pay reflects the effort. Other cons are that it's not an instant gratification scenario. It can be very stressful for some although you can effectively manage the stress. Also for what is essentially a 100% commission job once success is reached the vacation time is very limited. There are also limited executive and high level management positions but again if you are a performer and a dedicated employee you can stand out and get involved quickly.
