On top of the opportunity to build your own book of business, TQL has a fantastic work environment, qualified support staff, top technology and supportive management team which make it a positive and encouraging place to work. Finally, the company is expanding rapidly: if you can prove yourself successful in sales, and buy in to the growth of the company, you have ample opportunities to move up to develop a career in management, should you choose.
Cons
The difficulties of this job are a result of the fact that it is a commission sales job. Building a book of business in a competitive industry is no easy task - but if you understand the type of commitment it will require, you will find no better opportunity.
