Great work environment, especially for a kid out of college. Plenty of stuff to do outside of work with your coworkers with happy hours and company outings. If you're serious about making money, then this is a place you can make six figures or more within a few years, if not sooner. You literally see all the hours and hard work payoff in your paychecks when you start making commission consistently. It is really hard work and you need to put a lot of time into your book of business but it will pay you back if you continue to grind it out. New hires have to understand that this is sales and it is a numbers game. The people who quit/get fired after a year are the people who try to coast through the day-to-day grind.

I've had multiple full time positions and this is the first one where the company aggressively looks to promote and reward the employees based on your effort and production. You have to be serious about making your career & success a main priority in your life; if not then this isn't the place for you. The earning potential is real, the growth opportunities are real, and the amazing culture is real. Is it easy? No, but nothing that's worth anything in life is easy or else everyone would have it.
