      Pros

      I was a recruiter and also had worked in sales. I was TOLD to make up great reviews to post on here so that people will want to work here. The work environment is fun- but you have to have no life and you are considered easily replaceable at any time. Most people got fired, very sick (from stress), and a few who are super laid back/don't give a crap who hangs up on me or manipulative personality types did do very well. The sales training is very good actually.

      Cons

      No work life balance, constantly hung up on and not taken seriously, feel like you are lying to people always to get them to trust you/think this is a great company. I left on my own and have since went on to much bigger and better things!

      Pros

      The only cap on your earning potential is you. If you have an innate drive to succeed, if you have more self worth more than a salaried position can satisfy, and if you are willing to put in the effort required to succeed in a highly competitive industry then you can't fail. The atmosphere is intense, there is no such thing as a boring day at TQL. If you are doing it right you will be busy from the moment you walk in until the moment you walk out. Your critical thinking and problem solving skills will be pushed to the limit and the days will fly by.

      Cons

      If you aren't self motivated or able to correlate your life ambitions to financial gain then you are going to have a bad time. In fact you should probably keep your 9 to 5 and the 7% cost of living raise annually. A career in this industry is also incredibly front loaded. Prepare yourself, your friends and your loved ones, because you are going to be eating, breathing, and sleeping logistics and logistics sales for the first 12 to 18 months.
