      Pros

      At TQL you own your own business with the backing of a Large company. TQL's resources help you to be the best in the industry. We lead the industry in technology and customer/carrier service. TQL will give you all the tools to be successful. You just have to be willing to own your own business and put forth all of the work that goes with it. TQL has several fun after work activities such as beer drops, patio parties, basketball tournaments, team outings and much more.

      Cons

      Long hours, always on call, TQL becomes apart of your life. It is just not a job, its a lifestyle. The job is stressful and frustrating at times. overcoming those emotions is a must.

      Decent earning potential, school reimbursement, extensive industry training, excellent proprietary IT, some leadership opportunities, company sponsored philanthropic and extracurricular opportunities, established reputation that continually improves.

      Cons

      Notoriously tough industry, minimal work-life balance, uncertain earnings, mid-level of management is crowded, drinking culture, lower than industry average commission percentage.

      Pros

      Uncapped earning potential. The harder you work, the more you get out and the financial opportunity has the potential to be life changing, but it's not for someone looking for an 8-5 job and not for slackers.

      Cons

      None, as long as you have an incredibly strong work ethic, extremely strong desire to succeed financially, and a lot of mental toughness. I've seen a lot of fragile people getting eaten up by this environment. Failure cannot be an option and cannot be a part of your vocabulary if you intend to succeed at TQL.
