Pros

Leadership is very straightforward - as are recruiters. I felt prepared to take on TQL from the start. My effort is rewarded - and I've learned so much through ongoing training. Technology is tops. My results = my earnings and promotion; it's up to me to make it happen - and I have. But I've been prepared to outwork others since the day I walked through the door. I've experienced a ton of flexibility for any time off I've needed - I have even won several extra days off for performance. Time off is up to each individual - you have to still produce results.

Cons

It can be stressful - but based on my income and advancement it's been worth it. Nearly 3 years later I'm more driven and focused than ever before. We're changing and growing - you have to align yourself with leadership and trust each change because it's made to help us remain an innovator in our industry.

Pros

Upper management and everyone in the office cares about your success. Beer on Fridays and casual days are amazing. Average age in the office is 20 something so it was nice being around similar people.

Cons

Cold calling all day. There is a database of leads/prospects, you select who you want to call and go from there. Rarely are you given a warm lead. Hours are very long too. You are expected to put in 80+ hours a week in order to be successful. The industry of transportation can be a little sketchy too.

Pros

The coworkers were very friendly and helpful, they do a great job of preparing you for what is ahead when you're on your own account. The management is the same way, very quick to reach out to you if they think there is an issue or you are struggling. They are also very approachable and easy to talk to, an ideal branch manager. You are very independent once you're on your own account, you can go in any direction you want.

Cons

They are very strict about their office hours, don't be late at all. Normally you will work every other Saturday, but it's not terribly difficult, just a few hours and it's normally slow. It's a grind, can be stressful and long hours, but there is the opportunity for growth there. People who aren't used to long hours, or demanding work will definitely not enjoy working here. They also make you eat lunch at your desk, they don't force you to but it's implied.
