      This is one of the best jobs i've ever had in my life. Uncapped commission and they give you all the tools to succeed.

      Pros

      Autonomy, Uncapped Commission, NO DRAW, Long-Term Success. Rewarded for your hard work. TQL gives you a good balance of hard work and fun at the workplace. While we work hard through the week, on a 24/7 basis if need be, we are often rewarded for our efforts. I have been with 3 companies over the past 6 years in 2 cities. TQL Indy is by far the best opportunity I have found, not to mention I look forward to coming in to the office on a daily basis.

      Cons

      Not over night success. This takes time and patience. If you are looking for instant gratitude and are unwilling to invest 6-12 months in to yourself to become successful, this is probably not the right opportunity for you. If you have the patience to see the future a year down the road and work hard everyday for it, you will be happy you stuck it out.
