      This company really does a great job of hand selecting each individual and really defining if they would be a great fit within the orginization.

      Cons

      This job is up to you if you make it or break it so you will put in long hours and a lot of hard work ut you are ultimately the one who benefits.

      Pros

      Chance to make unlimited money, very great place to work at. Dont have to be a robot everyday, everday is a new list of challenges and 1 step closer to making as much money as youd like. They care about you as a person and proves it. They dont just talk it but they live what they talk about.

      Cons

      Learning a new system. Not for everybody. Really tough job. not for the weak hearted. Somtimes things happen that you cannot control and yet it will still be your fault. Somethings you cant escape and its always your fault.
