      Pros

      Mentoring encouraged and given freely. Competitive atmosphere while still maintaining team spirit/ comraderie. Incentives constantly given and success depends solely on you.

      Cons

      If not able to handle stress well dont bother. If your not the type of person to always want to do better dont call. If not comfortable on the phone or not a team player this isnt for you.

      Pros

      Unlimited earning potential, be your own boss, run your own business within TQL, perks for accomplishing milestones large and small (gift cards, happy hours, catered lunches, Ipads, etc) all expense travel to visit customers for face to face meetings. You can also travel to any office (we have almost 40 locations) after you hit a very attainable sales average.

      Cons

      You have to put in the time and hard work, bottom line. This job requires patience, determination, and perseverance. Weak spirits need not apply, you need to love the grind. Once you build your book, sky's the limit.

      Pros

      Great team atmosphere. You have the ability to make a lot of money. You will reap the rewards as long as you put in the effort.

      Cons

      This job is a little stressful when you're first starting up. You have to have the attitude that you may get knocked down but you have to get right back up and try again.
