      -High earning Potential -Unbelievable atmosphere and culture...work hard and play hard -The tools they give you to succeed are second to none -Energetic -Management extremely approachable and truly cares about you as an employee and a person

      -It can be a tough job that is not for everyone. You really have to put in hard work but you will see the reward.

      Pros

      Work environment is fun and they are very supportive in helping you succeed. You do make friends, and there are fun activities to participate in outside of work. Very manageable salary and potential commission opportunities.

      Cons

      This is a make and break job. If you find a giant account that will generate weekly freight for you, you will succeed at TQL. If you waste your time on accounts that generate 1 load a month, you won't. The problem right now is that the market is not in favor of TQL. There are more trucks out there than there is freight, and it can be very hard to earn business from billion dollar companies when asset-based companies continue to push prices down. All in all, I still recommend TQL as a good job to start out on, but if you are not generating weekly revenue by week 8 in sales, you might want to look at other opportunities
