      Pros

      Great place out of college, fun, young and energetic. Also great base pay. You meet tons of people and plenty of fun opportunities outside of work to get involved.

      Cons

      You have the first six months to learn the job. If you dont get any results (or close enough) to your quotas then you can kiss your job good bye.

      If you work hard and follow the training, success is highly possible and likely. The training is great

      Cons

      Long hours and high stress, but not really cons if you take this kind of job, just the path to success.

      Pros

      Great atmosphere, enough tools to give you the basic on being successful. Decent/Good pay during training. People around you are willing to help you succeed.

      Cons

      Sales has a lot of luck in it. It does require a lot of prospecting, hang ups, cold calling, etc. You have to have a strong work ethic, almost insane mindset to get past people yelling at you/ not wanting you on the phone. It can be very stressful getting off the ground during your first month in sales. TQL seems to really build off the work place being a frat lifestyle, and they hype up recent college grads into thinking this is the place to be through throwing numbers and the fun atmosphere there.
