      Pros

      Great benefits, with uncapped commission make the hard work worth it. They teach you how to do everything, all you need is the "want to" to make money. Hard work is also rewarded with a relaxed atmosphere; flat screen tvs and a ping pong table if you need to work off some stress.

      Cons

      Nothing worth having is easy, you are expected to work long hours at first to build your business and success is not always instant. Can be stressful and time consuming.

      Pros

      Earning potenial is 100% up to the employee and how driven they are - you're in the driver seat. TQL will give you every resource you need but wont do the work for you. Need to be driven - competitive - money motivated. No company in Lexington will pay you like TQL if your work ethic is top notch.

      Cons

      Its a sales job, bulding your book of business can get stressful at times. You are basically running your own business so you have to be prepared for the good and bad days. Success doesnt come over night. See a lot of poeple leave after 1st year becasue they didnt strike gold quick.

      Pros

      35,000 base salary. They say commission but that truly doesn't start until more than a year later.

      Cons

      New employees are simply there to help other existing accounts. No voice. Most of the established brokers are jerks and treat people like crap. I believed the hype. No thank you !
