      You can earn as much as you want

      Cons

      There are not many companies left to call and prospect. Their commissions are lower than several local competitors. If you are considering logistics as a profession, you should consider looking at other companies that are smaller and that pay more percentages in commission.

      Pros

      The best parts about being a recruiter at TQL is the ability to grow. There are always new things to learn, do, and try- the training is really hands on and you are able to build your own success here and I like that!

      Cons

      Not your typical 9-5... if you aren't a hard worker don't think you will make it here! Recruiting is as well 365/24/7

      Pros

      Starting out entry level at any company can be intimidating but the amount of time and education thats invested in you as a new hire is exceedingly exclusive and prepares you for building a successful career for yourself. The opportunity thats out there within this industry is endless and given the training, mentors (as well as any single co-worker within the office that is willing to assist you) , and the motivating work environment, there is no reason you cannot be succcessful at TQL.

      Cons

      Not every single day is going to be easy. But no job should be if you're challenging yourself every day to become better and more experienced.
