One of the best sales jobs out there--true compensation and great environment!
Pros
TQL Columbus has provided me with a career I always wanted. Everything about working at TQL has been a positive experience, especially being in a satellite office. The opportunity to make unlimited commission (in a short period of time) and room for growth within the organization is second to none. 95% of the sales leadership are leaders that have all been promoted from within the company, so all of the senior managers have done the exact job you have done and know exactly where you are coming from. The new office that was opened in Columbus is state-of-the-art and truly has a great environment that encourages you to work hard while also enjoying what you do. All of the managers are extremely approachable and have all of their employees in their best interest.
Cons
The only con someone may have about this job is that everything is not spoon-fed to you. You have to work for what you get. The only people who could have a negative experience at TQL are those that are entitled and not willing to put in some hardwork. TQL is a great place to work.
